| | | Dixie Brewing Company - NOLA < on 1/2/2011 2:24 AM >
| | | Dixie Brewing was founded and began production in 1907. In 2005, the Dixie Brewery was severely damaged when Mid-City New Orleans flooded from the levee failure disaster during Hurricane Katrina. After the area was dewatered the brewery complex was looted with much of the equipment stolen. Despite early claims that the brewery would be restored, it remains off line as of December 2010 and the future of the facilities is uncertain. The brand remains in business, brewed under contract by breweries elsewhere. - wikipedia.org

This place was incredible. This was my first time attempting panoramics and I think they came out great! Check them out here: http://bit.ly/h4mXiu http://bit.ly/gGGBbG http://bit.ly/hwlq2A [last edit 1/2/2011 2:25 AM by BecomeTheChange - edited 1 times]

Crooked? Are you talking about the angle they were shot? If so, I intentionally shoot them like that. Straight framed is boring to me. Especially when you are photographing a building that has been destroyed. Wouldn't make sense to me. The one with the chair is straight, the chair is just crooked. Also, this building's foundation and structure was all warped. [last edit 1/3/2011 3:27 PM by BecomeTheChange - edited 1 times]

| | | No, no, no. Most of these are definitely crooked. I dunno what happened. Maybe I had a kink in my neck To be fair this place was leaning in all sorts of directions. I used a tripod for some of these shots but it was almost impossible to get it level. Oh well, I had fun nonetheless.
