| | | These shots are of a barn in Hutto, TX, I was using a camera I borrowed, a Sony something with a 10.2mp resolution, did some post editing with whatever the program on this computer is, which also isn't mine...as you can tell I'm just starting out as far as the photography end of this, but I thought these shots in particular looked pretty good so I'll offer them to you for criticisms, hopefully constructive. 1. before any editing
2. after some editing with windows picture editor or something

| | | Unedited version is 9 times better than the edited version. In the future, until you learn when it is or is not a good idea to mess with the saturation, I'd say leave it at 100% and not past it. Number 5 has some pretty sweet potential. You cut off the leg of the ladder. Back up a bit. [last edit 8/9/2010 4:18 AM by LAX - edited 1 times]

I agree.. Unedited is much sharper.

| | | I would suggest that you take your time when setting up your shots. Make sure your lines are straight and nothing is cut off.

| | | Nice barn! I love barns and there are bunches of them here in the area. This is one in McKinney, where I'm at.
I've only made up into Denton once so far. Scoped out the woman's college a bit and a bit of downtown. There's definitely some good stuff to shoot there.
