| | | we did not really cover The Radiocommunications Act at all. We went over the code of service discipline/QRnO's, the major crimes in the CCC, controlled substances, a bit of the mental health act(arrest someone to bring them to a shrink if they're a threat to self or others) a bit of the fire arms act and a bit of random stuff like the highway traffic act/provinical offenses...how to write traffic tickets. I think The Radiocommunications Act falls more to industry Canada requesting the police to lay charges. But maybe I should read it and use it... Or just stick to the CSD/QRnO's like we're tasked to. I've never seen a Radiocommunications Act charge be filed by our agency. and I'll admit I'd have to call dispatch to ask them the law on some weird things. Cause we cant know it all. Excal seems to know The Radiocommunications Act, so I figured I'd ask him. You can ask me about the CSD/NDA. as for on topic, I just always liked Uniden brand RF products. No real reason, but I've found them to work great and be nice and rugged.
