The building in total is 12 stories, nothing huge.

That looks tempting and scary at the same time. Is it accessible only from the 12th floor? I'd think it really wouldn't be the best idea in a fire, if the fire was right by it.

Go down progressively higher floors using a fresh piece of waxed paper. By the time you get to the 12th, that thing'll slick. For one final run, take your shoes off and ride like the wind.

The only thing that might suck is if someone had cut the thing in half at the 6th floor and you got on at the 12th floor.

That's pretty unique. I can just imagine kids trying to climb up it like my friends I did to most slides in grade school.

That would be awesome to try and climb up, but very difficult as well. Not much to hang onto it looks like. You could use the friction from your fingers maybe, espically if you slip and start to slide down, expand your legs. I remember too much of the techniques from grade school.

The stairways make it much easier for the panicky 350 pound woman in front of you to trip and fall, thus ensuring your death.

Put your favorite fruit at the top and a glass at the bottom and you got a fruity whipped drink.
