It was spectacular. In the "watercloset" upstairs there was an old wooden box with a chain that was actually used to flush the original toilet. In the fireplace downstairs in what was the dinning room, there was a cast iron arm to hang a kettle or pot on. The man who rented the home to me was Stanley and Isabelle Picken's son, John Picken.
