This is a transformer vault notice the larg copper BUSS BARS ,these are LIVE [ennergized] if you touched this you could die [electrocution] EXTREMLY DANGERIOUS.

THWN2 are you sure those arent circuit breakers for HV? It seems odd that the outputs are going to the same buss bars.

I don't think those are bussbars. I think they are a conduit to carry cables into the transformer.
You can see the two cables entering off the support bars - and if the metal was live, where is the insulator before the concrete block on the floor?

What the bussbars are mounted to isnt metal it may look like it .Ive seen this before

The copper things above the transformers which have the green stickers on the front of them Those are BUSS BARS .They are connected to the secondary side[low voltage]. The secondary low voltage looks like its a 3 phase 4 wire wye system with neutral that should be grounded. The black pipe above the secondary buss bars is the primary [medium voltage] .The primary connection is 3 phase 3 wire delta. If you look at the low voltage buss bars on the right side are the secondary cables that will go to low voltage switch gear 102/208 or 277/480 .Those boxes left of the transformers im not positive i dont see what they are connected to.If you look closely at the buss bars you can see that there are only two of them on the far left side. Looking at the transformers you will see that the bar on the right side connects to the front buss bar=neutral .The bars on the left on each transformer are going to be starting left to right phases A,B,C & neutral being the very front buss bar. Those transformers are rebuilt they should be black painted not grey look at the brown insulators [bushings]. These transformers were probably replaced because the original ones were ASKAREL filled [polychlorinated biphenyls PCBs] .Companies were required by FEDERAL LAW to get rid of PCB filled equipment by a certain date .This is why you dont hear to much about it anymore. Hope this give a better explanation of a 3 phase transformer bank located in a vault. Each transformer is 1 phase wired into a 3 phase bank as its called in my trade.
