That's not a reservoir - it's a sewage treatment plant.

The sewage plant is at the bottom of the hill, about 500 yards behind the guardshack, close to the road and visibile from it.

If you look at the main airborn image of this site you can see it on the bottom right section.

Well, the map I'm looking at right now of the site says "Sewage Treatment" for that place. Then again, the scan is pretty crappy, so I could be reading the number wrong, and I'm too lazy to go over and pick up the real map. I gotta say this place is awesome, especiually when you get the guided tour :D

This building is at the top of the hill. The current transmitter site is directly behind it. It wouldn't make sense, even for our miltiary to have everyone's toilets flush to the top of the hill. There is a basement to this building, being the one that Copy6 found the porno mags inside. The hillock behind is actually the water tank. Gravity fed to the base.

At the top of this 'hillock', there is two hatches for entry into the water reservoir. Both locked when I last looked. Frigg'n awesome view from here - you can almost see lake simcoe / kempenfelt bay.

They were locked this past weekend as well. I can't believe the upkeep for this place - according to ProFac, they could "flip a switch" and all the infastructure would be operational again. Obviously Copy-6 could speak to this much better, considering.
