Typical little empty store. There are easily a hundred little stores just like this and tons of access hallways and five big department stores. So much ground to explore if you want to be thorough.

Another example of how Boulder has kicked Corporate America out of town. Most of these stores moved out to Flatirons, didn't they?

That's part of it.
The owners of this mall wanted Boulder to subsidize the construction of a new and improved mall (in the exact same location). They had an interest in letting the old one die.
