That is truly a shame, that that was left there to rot like that. It is worth thousands. The water will ruin it in no time.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted that this piano has not been physically destroyed by vandals

The buildings are just outside of Utica that they don't call much attention to themselves. Also they are situated on an actual street like a cul de sac so no fences. I think with the exception of some windows broken that the vandals don't notice buildings without fences. People even walk their dogs around the loop.

Does anyone know what type of piano it is?

I'm guessing it's called a "baby grand" piano, but didn't think to check the make.

What are those things in the corner behind the piano? They look a little like paper towel dispensers.

They are either paper towel dispensers or liquid soap. Those things were all over the place. There was one room in the big building full of them. They are talking about leveling this place; act fast and you can grab a case lot to sell on ebay!

Hehe... I'm more interested in the slot machines myself... though soap is probably more practical. (My roommate might find it a bit odd, though, that our personal bathroom suddenly has an industrial soap dispenser in it.)

There were "ebay rooms" or something like that posters all over the place. I guess it was advertising for ebay commercial auctions.

They are paper towel dispensers, the oler kind with the small crank handle on the side to dispense. As for the piano, I'm wondering if it still in tune? Problably not, discordant piano playing some where deep in a building while one is exploring might freak me out.
