  the mercier, why would it scare you, interesting, the southbound span over the river (low part) was originally 2 way the old ground level interchange is still there in kahnawake near the tunnel. the high part was built for the seaway then the northbound part was doubled in the 60s over the river,

  ahh and this summer gonna be bad, the part of the building owned by the feds (the high part) is being re decked. samurai, next time you come to montreal dont get off at candiac follow the 15 to the victoria bridge, once youve crossed it imagine it used to have 2 way traffic!!!
