A large Victorian style home with Georgian influence. It has been heavily modified to look older since its construction. It has a grey stuccoed exterior and many shuttered windows. It feautures a front balcony overlooking the entranceway and a two floored porch at the back. The grounds are mostly overrun with ferns and tall grass. A garage can be found at the end of the drive leading off Talbot, and a trail leading to a nearby park is found in the back yard. ------------------- After another fire, it was demolished in January of 2008.

Was built by Elijah Lenoard, a wealthy industrialist who was also mayor of London in the 1860s. After his death, the home changed hands many times, eventually becoming a frat house. The home was purchased by Drewlo Holdings Inc in July 2000, suffered a fire under suspiscious circumstances later that year. The home was heavily damaged, and with unsafe flooring, it has since been condemned. It is believed that Drewlo set the fire before it could attain Ontario Heritage Designation in order to build an apartment complex on both it and nearby lots. Drewlo has since been investigated for insurance fraud, and the house remains untouched.

This property will either be restored by a historical society or demolished to make way for an apartment complex. Likely the latter as London tends to drag its feet when it come to both heritage or architecture.
