| | | Woah, that second shot, the one of the highway overpass almost looks like a painting, unreal. I think it says a lot and gives a fresh perspective to how we view our urban environments. Do you have a flickr account? Lots of great HDR by many talented artists on there. My favorite thing about HDR is that its all about the photographer capturing reality, all you need is a point and shoot really. Great work duce!

| | | HDR can be done well and can look great. That, however, is not how it's done. Look around online for some better examples and perhaps some tutorials.

| | | These pictures are way overdone and, if I may be so blunt, fairly ugly. HDR isn't about going completely overboard and making things look unrealistic. If done correctly, they should bring more dynamic realism into the shot. Finding a balance between highlights, shadows and colour saturation should give you better results. Try again. So, no, sir. You don't "get" HDR. [last edit 1/2/2009 7:42 PM by Lexi - edited 2 times]

| | | Sorry, but I agree with everyone here...you do not get HDR, not by a long shot. Try again, use Photomatix, it's a good program that yields excellent results. HDR does not have to be over processed and cartoony, it can be realistic.
