| | | This is bs, the drop we had on this place was unspecific unfortunatly this place has something in it someone isn't supposed to know. We made and entry into this place to find all the "Closed" building where prestine and had black out tint on the windows. There was a damn All black tinted window SUV sitting there waiting for us. If anyone knows about this please feel damn free to let me know.

| | | Is this what you're looking for: http://carantics.com/chestnutlodge/? Quite possible it's in use for some dodgy gummint bidnezz, in which case you probably want to steer well clear, unless you want to test your ninja skillz

For the very same reason that Sir Edmund Hillary conquered Everest: Because it was there. I did a google and that's what came up. If you don't want people to link to it, take the site down. I figured that because it contained what appeared to be useful information it would be worth linking to. Is there some reason we shouldn't link to your site?

| | | I doubt it would be anyone here hacking it. And about Chestnut... Government likes to do things like that to abandoned places. There was a ghost town on a mountain cliffside that and x military friend decided to explore with his brother. He said as soon as he pulled up 2 black SUVs with dark tint came roaring up and tried playing it off as a hazardous area. He was X military and told the guy c'mon don't BS me I can tell it's military by the surveillance and the fact that you came up. Basically they didn't get into the ghost town but the government had taken it over.
Rational thought is kind of like Betamax. Sure, you get better quality, but people stopped using it years ago. --Jason Klueber |

| | | Ive been there a few times and never had a problem. I usually go there at night though. What did you do to get attention drawn to you? When we went one of the times I couldnt see something and I turned on a light to read it. You would think that would attract attention but it didnt. I dunno. Maybe we all got lucky.

This place has nothing to hide. It's boring. It's a joke. I've been in the light of day. Nobody cares, there's no security, and the alarm company signs are fake. OMG SP00Kee H4NT1NG5

| | | a friend and i went on saturday. we took the direct approach and drove up the driveway to get an idea where best to park and enter later. planned on using the "got lost and was just turning around" excuse if needed. there were four pick-up trucks there and one had a trailer full of furniture. at first sight it looked like these guys were gutting the place. got around the main building and saw guys going in and out of two of the smaller buildings.... they looked very intense and almost spooked by us. i waved and kept driving along the driveway then turned around and got back towards them and noticed one carrying a large duffel bag inside. thought it was weird that they were so interested in us and that they were carrying items into the building. i wonder what they were up to. anyways, thought i'd let you know. | | | like i said before, grounds crew. They do store stuff in the buildings. Go take a look at the barn, things are stored in there for them. Maybe they use other buildings now.
