Actually, after putting alittle thought into it, I think they would be the influent (or inflow) lines to the industrial park water treatment facility. They are 60" Ductile Iron. the concrete saddle and retaining blocks keep it from floating because they are in the Pryor creek flood plain. If they were effluent (discharge) lines, they wouldn't be D.I.P. It would probably be PVC, HDPE, C900, or something similar because of the corrosive nature of industrial discharge. Plus the pumps at the river would mean influent. Effluent is a gravity system.

its not a bad little drive... the road surface sucks and there's a crazy railroad crossing but when i went in feb. it was pretty well deserted... it takes you right to the base of keystone dam...
