Holy Crap! Miracles do happen I thought she was a goner for sure, but it's good to know that she is getting a second chance, it's good to know that she is getting restored to the beauty she once was

| | | | I talked to the guy for about 5 minutes, they're a father and son restoration company. The fire wasn't hot enough to cause serious damage to the mortar, and they're in the process of re-framing everything inside. It's going to be used as offices for their company.
I guess the first thing they did was remove the "Ringwood" sign to keep it safe.

yeah same here, my fiancee and I drove past it today also, I wanted him to slow down so i could take a picture (he didn't) :o( but yea, I noticed that too that you can see right through the structure and there was no roof (which I already knew from reading here earlier)

| | | | There's not going to be a new building, they are just putting "new internals" in the existing structure. The masonry is still in excellent condition, so it's totally do-able. Some new joists have already been installed.
