If you go back, perhaps you could take a shot of that video game.

(And maybe cover it up, things like that shouldn't be allowed to waste away.)

Some enterprising person could go through the right channels and find it a good home.

Yeah, it's a tough call. Since video game manufacturers pretty much went obsolete and Williams no longer makes pinball, those machines are collector's items and represent the video game era of the 70's (and 80's).

It's similar to how some people must feel when they see an antique car rusting away in a field.

They should be savvvvvvved, saved I tell you... but alas it's a little too far for me otherwise I'd try to find the owner and persuade him to put it on the market providing it works.

That was the Intelivision system. I used to have it when I was a kid. It was the 'need-to-have' system at the time because the graphics were far superior to anything else on the market at that time.

That Game lock'n'chase was one of my favourites. It was the Intelivision's answer to Pac-Man except based on a game of cops and robbers. You were the criminal robbing a bank and running from police.

My Favourites though were Night Stalker and Dungeons and Dragons for that system.

Awesome find guys.

Just awesome! Lots of cool stuff laying around. Thank you Sir2nv & photocbear for the find and your photos. I enjoyed checking them out.

That arcade game is two crude dudes! I remember playing this game way back in the early 90's. You had to smash pop machines and collect cans in order to refill your health. This game was state of the art when it was released in 1990 i think. I'm pretty sure it was 1990 cause it came out for sega genesis a year later in 1991.

Basic plot:
In a post apocalyptic environment, New York has been overrun by an organized terrorist group called "Big Valley". In order to counter this problem, the government has secretly hired two operatives codenamed: "Two Crude Dudes" to enter the city and destroy this organization.

Funny thing is if someone had a restored version of the arcade its worth over $1000 easy. Even this one in its obvious bad shape is still probably worth $200-$300. Anyways, yeah like i said thanks for the find guys, you brought back some good memories. Shit though now that i think about it, i wasted a ton of money on this game!

Great pics! The B/W are really well done! And that knife on the pillow is a scene almost identical from Friday the 13th pt.1!!!
For what my 2 cents are worth:
1. Yes, that is the Intelivision system. I've still got mine.
2. Yes, your instincts are ALWAYS right. Trust them!
3. Yes, a Ouija board and drug paraphernalia would freak me out too.
I've actually seen the Ouija board game for sale at Toys-R-Us!!!
And the arcade games that gobbled up my quarters: Moon Patrol & Tron.

There were candles spoons and needles everywhere WTF. Bear its time to go there is something not right here.

So we get outside and we are shooting the junk....

"Tripping out", candles, spoons, needles, then outside shooting the junk?

heh heh I had to re-read that part.

Great story-telling and photos.

Cheers.
