The place has been open the public in the past for various reasons. One being it was a haunted house for awhile. Two being they ran some after school activities or something there for sports. The previous owner was not as tight with security as the new owner and has given tours before. With the police force in that city/county and the size of it I can guarantee if you spend more than 25 minutes on the property you will see as least one squad ride through and you will need to provide a reason for being there if you arn't arrested for trespassing(which you may still want to provide a reason heh). There is however a cemetery on the property so you have somewhat of an excuse to be there during the daylight hours..but that doesn't include being anywhere other than the cemetery of course ;) forget regret.
