|  | | | So a recent video posted in a thread(http://www.uer.ca/...rrpage=2&pp#post31) got me thinking about something. What would you do if you a security guard shot at you in one of your favorite locations? Would you immediately call the cops? Or would you not say anything in fear that the location would be put under even higher security because of the incident? Now I know this may not apply to everybody because gun laws are different in every state and country. Arizona is a "right to carry" state which means any citizen of age who can pass a background check has the legal right to carry a weapon as long as it is in plain sight. I was just wondering if anyone has ever had this happen and what the consensus is on how to handle it.

to you more refined and urban types, this may seem a bit much, but living in the country, especially the Adirondacks, is a whole other universe. I've seen two different deer hunting parties open up on each other because someone took a shot at what they thought was a deer and turned out to be a guy!

75% of security guards in Arizona carry guns. You may live in a state that requires a concealed weapons permit to carry a gun. And in that case you wouldn't see it until it was too late.

If he started walking towards where I was, and calling for me I would give myself up; much less likely to get any severe punishment that way, as opposed to running, getting shot at again/being caught, and then maybe spending jail time.

Seriously though. I just would try not to get in that situation. Even if I lived in the ghetto, usually people don't go shooting people for the fun of it and you usually need to piss off people first. Not saying it takes a lot, a single middle finger can do the trick, but I do what I can just to avoid that.
To the true topic of this post, if I did get shot at, I do think I would immediately try to leave the other side of the building. Kick out a door, window anything. Breaking and Entering is one thing, but what about Breaking and Exiting under fear for your life? I think that might stand up in court (with a lawyer). Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Even If my car was there, fuck it, I'll get it tomorrow, and call some one to pick me up at a 7-11.
