There is a lot of security, but its kind of a joke. They have a security guard trailer at the main road entrance, and you can see all the movie trailers and shit right beyond it. In the back, if you go through the woods, they even have security at posts hidden between buildings and the woods, watching to make sure people dont enter the grounds from other directions (the guard was easy to pass, however, as he was to busy reading his paper to notice us), and police ride around the grounds in trucks. It was exciting to infiltrate, but it wasnt worth it. The buildings are mostly empty, and knowing that the hospital is now a set for a major Hollywood picture instead of a piece of history takes away a lot of the fun. I talked to some people that lived in the neighborhood and they were happy to share some info. Apparently they were supposed to be done filming by now but now its slated for sometime in July. Paramount has leased all of the property from the state for an entire year, so they essentially own it, even when they pack up and go back to LA. They have actual state police on site, and are more serious about security than they may appear; a young girl was playing in the field near the water tower and was barked at by the police. They are American cars though, and the movie being filmed takes place in the US, so definitely not Nazi vehicles...
