I don't recall much of that room, so I assume there was nothing of interest. I believe all that was in the room were a few stainless tables; nothing photography related.
Also, does anyone know if this is coming down any time soon? I believe I read an article that stated it was to be demolished this spring to make room for a Chilli's and a Target. Of course, things like this often change.

Gorgeous pictures and excellent site. I especially like the studies of the walls that feature peeling paint. Can someone who knows more about paint than me answer why some peeling paint peels away from the wall but sorta sticks to it and leaves a very textured wall, like pudding that's been in the fridge for too long and pulls away into its dish, while some just falls off onto the floor and leaves a perfectly flat (albeit paintless) wall?

| | | | I went to this site about a week ago with some other people, and unfortunately the main building (the clean looking one with the iron lungs) has been pretty well secured. All the doors have been chained and padlocked, and all the broken windows have been boarded. We stayed only on the sides of the building that did not have any view of the occupied guard shack so it is possible that we missed something. We eventually gave up after two passes and explored the other buildings.
