| | | AWESOME photographs. I *think* I know where these photos were taken. BTW, did you explore and photograph the Post Road Bowling Alley (on Westchester Avenue) in White Plains BEFORE it was demoed a few years ago? It was my favorite bowling alley, even though the cigarette smoke was incredibly thick

| | | i don't like that you can see people in some of the shots. it just makes it seem lazy. like you didn't feel like or care to ask them to move out of your shot.

If you "see people" in any photographs (with the exception of #12, Demineo's self portrait), then it may be time for you to see Dr. Malcom Crowe from The Sixth Sense. http://imdb.com/ti...167404/plotsummary Actually I like how Demineo shot ALL of these photographs, and your critique (in particular "makes it seem lazy") I consider to be unreasonably harsh. While I can sort of see Demineo's (and / or perhaps others) shadows (though mine eyes may be deceiving me) in photographs 1, 6, and 8, those shots seem to have been quite difficult to photograph, since the bright outside light was shining through the window and onto one's body, creating the shadows.

i was talking about 13 and 14. i like the pictures as well, i should have mentioned that. but i just think it would have been easy to ask the person behind the piano or the person whose legs are in the bottom right hand corner to step out of the picture. they don't really add anything of value to the shot.
