Haven't posted anything on here in a while... found something new, so I figured I'd share.... Me and Nuttek were out chasing rumors. Upon locating a field of grass where an old abandoned high school once stood, we needed a plan b. The spooky and impressive sense of direction posessed by the Nutekk is on occasion tantamount to dead reckoning. "I remember this place from this time I was down here awhile ago, it was closing down, but the camera's were active and though it seemed cool we didn't try it and we couldn't figure out what it used to be for the life of us." The huge office complex that seemed sealed up super tight, but a closer look revealed a chink in her armor. Local kids at one time had turned both the customer service and bookkeeping areas into an impromptu skatepark and the local cops use the place for tactical training. The building is immense (in the words of a local cop, it is like a maze in there, you would get lost, it even has 2 levels of basement... yeah we got stopped shooting exteriors later in the day) I found it moderately interesting for a recent abandonment, until we got into the basement. Braving the incessant loud beeping of a long forgotten fire alarm we descended into the second level of basement to find one of the sweetest unexpected things ever... a light up sign detailing the generation sources for all the power in the tri state electrical grid (someone who is more familiar with this should probably correct me, though I know some of the local stations and nuke plants). Super cool. There are racks and racks of older telecom equipment left behind. The ECP spent quite a bit to construct this administration cluster, as the offices in the three story section are wood paneled with the fancy "blind inside the windows" windows and the entire complex has removable subfloors for easy wiring. All in all it was a pretty sweet find, its nice to see something new and big.

Good stuff. you got a nice solid set.

40+ year olds with Myspace pages are not cool, they are pediphiles on the prowl. Buyer beware.
