They still have the electricity on in that place?


Those are construction lights. They have been replacing some ceilings and floors with temporary material to make sure it doesn't get damaged. I'm pretty sure they are renovating the center building, not sure about the whole thing though.

It was pretty hard to shoot to begin with but without some of the construction lights in the upper floors there wouldn't be much to shoot. I felt like I was shooting the same thing in a different spot over and over.
