Démolir tout le quartier qui tien debout depuis plus de cent ans par un paquet de buildings cheap fini acrylique comme dans le marché central serait un non sense. En plus qu'un projet supposément au goût du jour et à la mode va se démoder rapidement. Une grosse erreur très laide en vue.

Ben raison, ç'est triste. Mais avec tous ces condos qui entourent ce coin, ce serait pas étonnant. Ils ont essayé avec le casino-cirque du soleil mais cela n'a pas marché. Et ensuite çà s'appellera la gentrification d'un quartier(embourgeoisement comme le Plateau). Les immeubles vont prendre de la valeur et chasser des locataires.
Dommage ç'est un beau quartier avec beaucoup d'histoire et évoqué par Charlie_Dunver, ex-goose-villager et Emperor Wangé.

On a finalement érigé des commie-block vraiment laid sur ce terrain. Malgré tout, le quartier revit un peu grâce a l'ETS, d'ailleurs ils vont construire un Metro dans les nouvelles résidences...
J'espère que ce projet ne se concrétisera pas, on a pas besoin d'un autre Dix/30 sur l'ile, on est amplement servi par le Marché Central.
Redéveloppement de Griffintown en un Mega-Centre = Mort de la Sainte-Cath.
