Charles Manson vandalised human life. Graffiti artists vandalise physical property. There is a great disparity of severity of the crime.
It is essentially indisputable that everyone has the right to live, however the debate over the right to actually 'own' stuff goes back millienia. This is why I don't think there's an argument whether graffiti is art or not. If I'm an anarchist, why the hell should I respect your right to property? It doesn't exist!

exploration could be argued to be on the same level as vandalism, you trespass somewhere that you aren't supposed to be at, a place you don't own.
theres no reason for me to continue on because
I don't care if you think its art or not I'm just showing you that there are people with different opinions

Do you mean like, how people's time, money and effort are 'stolen' securing their property from trespassers?
Urban exploration is a pretty obvious violation of modern property rights, and everytime you jump a fence or slip past a security guard or pick a lock you are stealing someone's life because the owner of the property put those security measures in place to help ensure that people without permission would be kept out.

| | | | By the way, I think it's worth noting that of my personal experience, here in Milwaukee, the really good graffiti artists recognize the detrimental effects graffiti can have on a neighbourhood, and the best graffiti will be found in places that are rarely seen by just a passer by, ie on pylons underneath bridges, on the rooftops of derelict buildings, on walls of buildings only visible from rail lines (like my avatar) or secluded far out of public eyesight. Part of this is due to safety from police, but another for artistic reasons. I met a graffiti artist once and he told me that he only does stuff in places where people go specifically to enjoy graffiti.

How so? I still stated my comment as an opinion. Nowhere did I state "you must" or used a commanding tone in my comment.
Maybe I should state it as "In my humble opinion, your right to express yourself ends where the other person's property begins."?
