Looks like a Peugeot to me, maybe a 204 or 304? I know some French cars used wheels with just 3 lug-nuts. Do you have any other pix?

It's probably mid to late -70s Peugeot. (1974 Peugeot 304 Break?) The three lugnut wheels were quite common at some small french cars about that age.

| | | | Sorry I don't have any pics of them, but last year I had to tow more than 15 cars and trucks who they were totaly buried in a field in my town, I was surprised that they were in good condition. It was Gm and dodge cars from the '50-'60
and last month, my girlfriend and I, we have found an old abandoned house. In very very bad condition, It was abandoned since more than 10 years for sure. But in the garage in back, we found a wonderful Ford Mustang GT 1988 with 302pc. Edelbrock intake, M/T drag radial ... I very bad machine, I've noted the VIN to try to found the last owner to make an offer for is car.

Anyway, I found these cars a few weeks ago. Sometime I'll probably get some closer shots. For now, here's one I took from MY car
