|  | | | hey guys i wish i could answer about the villa. the crazy lasdy house was "infiltrated" by an old friend who was on oxycontin and or methadone and he did shit like that to keep himself busy, colecting junk n sh1t, anyways he got in the crazy lady house, aparently it was on global news, she was living there for years with no water in her own filth the city finaly steped in. the house was left abandoned and inside everything went to rot, the guy shjowed me these books he got , he said there was a shelf of old books and these ones were the least roted, they stunk of mold, anyways it was like 1909 volumes 1 -3 of 1-4
of some book called things for boys to do in the woods or something
like a scouts book, hardcover etc,
he wanted to figure out how to get an old rocking chair out of there.
then a guy came suposedly the new owner he had control of the ladys estate
they had a chat about the place aparently there is hidden money possibly, lik e alot. i dont know if its true but there was some nice antique stuff there, i mean who knows what u'd find.
i live in kingston i know theres got to be some cool places round here

I think its either the house just over the bridge on the west side, orrrr its the large home with a roof thats got holes in it...north of dundas on the west side...this one clearly is older than all other surrounding homes and may be the original farmhouse to the area predating the 50s/60s ranch suburb thats surrounding it.

We went there to the house this past Sunday and the neighbor across the road that lived in the little white house his no longer there ... that house is up for sale ot lease for office space ..So my husbby and bro in law took the opportunaty to get out and have a look around the house.. One question that i forgot .. What's with all the machinery that are there all i know is it's been sitting there for years anyone know?.. I've herd that they stopped working after being on that property and have been sitting there..
Still looking forward to going there this month ..lol

All that equipment around the house has not been touched in probably 2 or more years. I do believe they are planning on making subdivisions sometime in the future, but i'm not too sure why they didn't do it back when they started. My assumption is that they wanted to keep that area business because across the street there is all those industrial buildings and if you keep going east on that road there is some more industrial buildings, well maybe just one.

We even tried to pry one of the ply wood off one of the side windows but no avail..We then returned back yesterday with more equipment we where determind to get in ..But came accross a police car following us and a sispicious van as well so we decided to pack it in and return next weekend at a much later time.. Is there any other places in the Oshawa area that are known to be haunted and can easily be entered?

| | | | just south of this house in the industrial area, is the durham police warehouse, used for storing evidence, etc. This could be why the police car was in the area, just to put your mind at rest.

| | | | I was there on the weekend too... I cant see any way in, they sure werent cheap with the wood boarding that baby up. BUT... there is another cool location just east of there on the south side of the road... its a HUGE old place with lots of little rooms, would been a really nice house too before it got trashed. its full of junt though, like all kinds of personal type stuff and it looks like its served as a party place on more than one occasion.
