Some really great shots. It's interesting looking through the other peoples pictures from your trip also, seeing how different people "see" the same basic view in different ways. Anyway, awsome work!

Amazing.
Like everyone else who has posted, id love to go, tho the logistics and radioactivity would put me off a bit.
How close where you able to get to the Number 4 reactor?

What happens if you dont go on a tour and just show up, do a bit of trespassing, is it hard to get into the zone without a guide?

Its ironic, i saw an amazing film a few years back by Andrei Tarkovsky, called 'Stalker'. Its about a guide who takes scientists and scholars into 'The Zone' an area once visited by Aliens that is full of dangers. This Zone, in the film was a huge industrial wasteland and by all accounts the film was shot in the Ukraine, but in 1979, 7 years prior to the chernobyl accident. Your guide is like the Stalker...

Life imitating art...

cheers

Are you crazy? I would say that would make the radiation danger even higher... and I hear there are armed guards around the zone?

That's altogether creepy on a different level. Seeing all those discarded structures, with its hodgepodge of gasmasks and children's accessories, makes for a photo shoot that goes beyond the realm of human vocabulary.
