Unless it's on paper it really means nothing. Depending on how much was recorded I would suggest telling everyone to SHUT UP and don't talk to the police without a lawyer. The only evidence they have is people's statements. If no one sais anything then they have nothing to go on. They cannot make anyone testify unless they've already been convicted of the same crime and given the repeated nature of the entrance pleading the fifth would still probably be ok. My god, don't EVER give other peoples names out like that. I had massive legal trouble from people blabbing to the cops like that. I've been through similar and all you need to say is "I'm not speaking to you without a lawyer." Say it once and anything they ask you after has to be thrown out. HIPAA is some pretty crazy crap so I think there would be something about storing stuff mentioned in the law.
