It's already censored, so I don't see a problem.
I didn't catch Turbo's thread until it had already been locked, so I didn't get a chance to explain why some photos are deleted and some photos aren't, but Av pretty much summed it up.

Well, I wasn't sure if a photo of someone topless counted as porn, which is why I asked for the clarification. I wanted to give myself the chance of doing a decent self-censorship of the image, rather than the mess similar to what happened to Turbozutek's two pictures. And also so that the picture doesn't get changed 'behind my back' as it were. However despite being forthcoming, I was given neither the chance to change it myself, or any notification once it had been changed by one of the Mods.

You should have censored it before uploading it, or not uploaded it at all. Please don't expect the moderators to ask your permission before they correct your rule violations.
