| | | Fuck Jesse for charging money for our wonderful "hobby". What a colossal douche.
"Are you happy now with all the choices you've made?" "Are there times in life when you know you should've stayed?" "Will you compromise and then realize the price is too much to pay?" "Winners and losers... which one will you be today?" ***Social Distortion*** |

| | | "I see the lady with bags and three layers of clothes on, and then I see a group of white young people climb out of their dads' cars with cameras that are worth so much." Their dads' cars? Not even. Try luxury bus with wi-fi. Hey, at least if the scary poor people freak you out, you can go back on the bus and hide.

| | | either this is really good because the sites will be around for more explorations or really bad because people on these trips will want to take things or carve crap into the walls cades cove around here, the cabins are all over 100 years old, but there are peoples names carved into them ranging from 2000 to now, ruining the places, then again this is UER...we'll probably just shit on the abandoned toilets
Apparently that DID just happen. And I AM proud of it |

I can assure you that there are still some of us out here that aren't in this hobby for the instagram fame or other hipster scum related reasons. It is changing though for sure. More and more clueless suburban kids in the neighborhood every day.

I'm sure there are, then again I've never been to any sites in Detroit so I wouldn't know. The closest I got was Ann Arbor and Dearborn.

Someone's been doing it in Gary for a couple of years now - except they call it a "photography permit" that runs $50 (even though the city knows nothing about it). Even better is when they post all their meetup intel publicly (somewhere this has its own thread) so that GPD or some junkie looking to loot a few-grand worth of cameras/fruit phones just needs to wait around for all the IL plates to show up because everyone's too scared of the hood to take the train and walk. I watched them get rolled at the Post Office in September; I was down the street at the Palace. [last edit 12/30/2013 11:30 PM by jonrev - edited 1 times]
