| | | Posted by Alice This one is so easy to find... there are clues here to help you if you just try.

I wouldn't even call them clues. It's location is nearly spelled-out in this thread.

Sorry, but what damn camera are you shooting with? Was 25600 boosted?

Nope. It's an NEX-5N. That's ISO25600, native. I'm pretty sure also wide open, can check when I get home. Not that it's good for any picture you'd really like to show (that would be ISO3200 and below). But good enough for recon work. My acclimated eyes (had been there for about 30 minutes) couldn't make out the stairs nor the lower levels in the darkness. Edit: oh yeah, it was wide open (f/2.8), as noted in my original post. Edit2: in my original thread (since people are already linking threads http://www.uer.ca/...=1&threadid=101329 ), I noted that it was an explore of opportunity, and I went in there without a tripod nor any sort of light. Yeah dude, that's rad. I need to look into something like that. A lot of the abandoned paper mills up here have 24 hour security who patrol, so i'm a tad leery on using a flash or having a set up that would be awkward if need arises to get away. Thanks for the info.
