Thanks to everyone who replied! I'll make a thread for that trip when I get home tonight. In the meantime, here's this:

Wait what no mannequin? Just some strange shadow? It's either DrRJones or Bonnie of Bonnie & Clyde and one care to claim it?

Part of me says next time your there close up many of the open windows and leave just the couple POEs that are typically used.... But I dunno. Just thinking that if its too open looking the place will get unwanted people (more than already) trashing it.

And I think you are right, with our last couple trips there I believe their is a slow movement to get it cleaned up and moving in a redevelopment direction.

I'd say at this point it's impossible to close up, without bringing my own tools, wood, etc. Some of the actual windows were yanked off and are missing from the "special" floor completely.

I mean if someone went there now and couldn't find a way in, that would be sad. I googled the buildings name, and someone blogged how to get in and showed pictures of himself and his friends bicycling to the entry spot, just a few weeks ago. Lol.

I searched Flickr, And found these photos of these morons on the roof, in which some felt it would be cool to stand on the ledge for a few photographs:

Sadly, I think the only way it gets locked up is either when someone gets injured there, or If the owners actually get a little more proactive about refurbishing it.

Our little LA gem is no more.

Really like the way this one turned out. Its from this weekends adventures. Those who know the background of my weekend will understand why I love this photo and the way it turned out. Kinda captured myself somehow in my truth at the time.

Edit: wrong code

I'm so glad you didn't put up the one with your ass hanging out in it.

You'll have to settle for a hanging door for now.

You must have been in the service if you understand a dated reference like that. Truth of the matter is Therrin is old, so he was just turning off his T.V and lights. Clap off bitches!
