you do 2 years of law in "college" then you get to go to university but its a pain in the ass cause its all in french and its a long process of 4 years and retarded amounts of work for something I have no interest in doing.

so getting back to the point, other than Nismo's aspirations to be one adept at whorific profiteering, what do you think of the Cobalt SS/SC and SS/TC?

i honestly think it's GM's attempt at hitting the sport compact market... and i'm not a fan for a slew of reasons. but that's my own opinion after working on/building so many different cars.

The Cobalt SS is cool, but its absolutely retarded to put that much power through the front wheels in stock form. Same goes with the SRT4. Both those cars should have been AWD. High horsepower turbo FWD cars should have been a tuning idea left in the 90's. Tech has come so far since then, and it retarded to build a FWD car with that much power when there are lots of AWD imports to compete with in sales.

or at least had an AWD option... but i think I know why they didn't. It was about pricepoint. At $22-23k, the Cobalt SS and Neon SRT4 were a huge bargain, especially stacked against the lower performing Civic Si, Sentra SE-R and Volkswagen GTi. People kept comparing the SS to both the Evo and WRX which are completely different classed cars.

Honestly, for the amount of power that is going through the front of the car, torque steer isn't nearly as bad as the Neon was. Now that I think about it, I rarely if ever notice torque steer...
