You need to be very careful anywhere where you aren't sure of the local laws and how they react. To my surprise, this site is banned in VN.

I went to Petronas' Skybridge at 730am one morning and tickets were already gone for the day. I hear the better view is from KL Tower. Wouldn't try any funny stuff at either location.
Of note, sometimes they let base jumpers leap from KL Tower. People are allowed to go up to take shots. That would be pretty neat.
