That holds until you realize it was abandoned because they think it will collapse in an earthquake... But that's why COUNTLESS buildings get abandoned around here!

I have no clue if they keep the lights on, I wouldn't go there at night. It's just one of those places where no one would hear you scream.
I may be doing a project concerning the history of this place soon, for a class I'm taking at UC. That is, if I can find enough information for an 8-10 page paper.
