Well, last night I just had to do it. I pulled out the old tire pump, got my trusty Free Spirit in working order, and set off on a twilight ride through the ol' neighborhood. I about died before I got half a mile. That was strangely hard on a fat dude.

You don't look phat in your AV pic The more you ride the more weight you lose. Congrats for gettin back in the saddle. (I'm over weight too, and need to ride further than the liquor store more often)

The hardest part is making the commitment to staying with the pain from the first several times out. Especially after a long time of inactiveness. And it only gets harder, and harder as you get older. But, keep pedaling!
