	Well, last night I just had to do it. I pulled out the old tire pump, got my trusty Free Spirit in working order, and set off on a twilight ride through the ol' neighborhood. 	The hardest part is making the commitment to staying with the pain from the first several times out. Especially after a long time of inactiveness. And it only gets harder, and harder as you get older. But, keep pedaling!
