We heard (and avoided) folks having a meeting there; seemed to be location scouts or something. We left discreetly, had a coffee, and came back. Much later, ran into the guy who takes care of the property -- who is very nice, but will kick you out. He was nice to us, anyhow. He first thought we were part of the aforementioned group, and when we let him know we weren't, (likely) assumed that we had waltzed in the front door -- since he didn't ask about how we entered, as we all made our way to the main (front) door.

Just confirming what Jono stated. I used to work beside this building for years, and during that time I've wandered through it.
Definitely an active site, they used to have crews filming there every few months.
The building was sold in 2014, as well as the parking lot just down the road. Who know's what the future holds...
