Moving to Vermont

Hey all, I've been living down in the mid-Atlantic for years now, but I'm excited to say that I'll soon be returning to the northeast, where I got my exploring start all those years ago.

Specifically, I'll be moving to Vermont, in the Burlington area, so I wanted to reach out here to see if there are any other explorers in the region who might be interested in getting together and checking out some places, or who have any suggestions for some must-see locations. Most of what I've found up there through my research is rural, which I'm a fan of, but I certainly wouldn't mind checking out anything of interest in the greater region.

You went the wrong direction; you're suppose the migrant south for the winter

Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in.

I grew up in Wyoming and Maine, among others, so I like the winter and am looking forward to living someplace that actually has it again. I fucking haaaaaate Maryland summers, and you couldn't pay me enough to live anywhere further south.

I've done this before but just want to vouch for Baldran. He's a good guy and excellent explorer. Worked with him for a while and he's been a great source of information and help.

I live 40 miles from Burlington in New York... worked in Burlington and it's environs for years. You made a mistake moving there as their crime rate is absolutely ridiculous and the people suck.

and there is really nothing left in the area over there to explore unless you want to risk the redneck o rama drama out near Eden. There are some places left in New York, but not as many as there were. Also, get ready for tick exposure. It's a problem in this part of the world.

Very encouraging...
