I think buddy was planning to go at night. I don't know of too many building construction companies that work at night.
And i'm guessing with less than three hours notice the only team he was leading was his drinking team at the Thirsty Duck bar.

What I meant to say was that it would be busy with all that construction ... and the appropriate security all over the place. I guess that's part of the allure but of course.
It's quite the site of activity. Expensive units too.
