	Was taking a shortcut in Bellevue the other day and saw an odd tower behind some trees that begged closer inspection. After climbing around the site I got home and searched Google and found a page showing that it's one of many "Regional Detention Sites" all over Bellevue..and they were even nice enough to provide a map to all of them! There are about 30 sites total it looks like, all very different. Some are more complicated and some are less. There are three main drains in this one, the bottom one at least 30' bellow the surrounding grade. 	Dezertdog, Fascinating stuff! I'll have to pay one or more of these places a visit myself. I've been longing for a drain experience in the area, but haven't found anything. Of course, if these things are all pretty well closed off except in situations where they'd be full of water, it may not be all that interesting in the end. I wouldn't want to be caught messing with the valve controls. At least not during the rainy season!! Regards, MoleNet94
