C'mon, Aeroflot is fun! It's like Russian roulette...with jet liners topped off with thousands of gallons of fuel!

No, no, no. Alaskan Airlines. The inflight service wasn't too bad, but from my window seat I could watch as oil leaked out of the starboard engine and ran along the outside of the engine casing! This on the three hour flight from Dutch Harbor to Anchorage, where if something goes wrong, there is no place for an emergency landing!

I was on a Britannia Airways flight where part of the aircraft actually fell off... turns out while on the ground some idiot driving the baggage from the terminal to the aircraft thought he could duck under the 757 - as he tried to so do, he ripped one of the panels off the belly. As we rotated there was this hellish groan and a kinda metallic rattling... fun!

I was flying from Kingston to Pearson for a reason that now eludes me, while the twin-engine passenger plane was powering up the engines, the one engines propeller lost 2 blades, they fired upwards and the other one away from the plane.

For the same reason you would fly from Colorado Springs to Denver: 17 min. flight or 1 hour drive. United Express used to make a lot of money on that route.

Northwest or Northworst airlines is at the top of my list of airlines to avoid. I flew on a flight from minneapolis to Amsterdam. We had to take the aircraft back to the gate. They claimed it was to put a passenger on that was late getting to the terminal. After we got airborne there was smoke and a burning smell coming from the back of the plane. The pilot went back and banged on something in an access panel with a flashlight. The official announcement was that one of the de icing packs had failed. We had to dump the fuel and land in duluth. after sitting in the run way 6 hours they put us up in a hotel. The flight did not get off the ground untill 6 pm the next evening. They almost had to cancel the flight again when one of the generators malfunctioned. The aircraft was a DC-10.
I heard pilots call any dc-series aircraft Death chariots!

Royal Libyan Airways was always nice, but thats been a few years. Piedmont was always my fave US carrier, but now they are just a cog in the machine. Currently, I'd have to go with Aer Lingus, where I was very comfortable and well treated.

British Airways all the way if i can.

After that, Air Canada isn't horrible...but they aren't great either.

Just flew to and from Buffalo to San Francisco with American Eagle-American Airlines Regular....I guess it could have been worse, the plane could have crashed.

At least Dallas-Fort Worth airport rules for making flight connections!!

I still remember being delayed at Pearson on an Air Transat flight because the avionics crashed when the plane was pushed back from the gate after being left sitting on the pad all day waiting on a late evening flight to Belfast....really really inspires ones confidence on an trans-atlantic flight

I just took a trip on British Airways, really good stuff, food wasnt bad at all, flight attendants were nice. However their computers systems fucked up because my father and i have the same name minus III and JR so that kind of fucked somethings up. Other than the name problem it was a good flight to and from England.

I still like Frontier for Domestic flight though

My family has worked for Delta so long I've completely lost touch with what it's like to fly any other air line.

British airways are nice, i enjoyed flying with them when i went to england. The only problem my father and I had was since we both have the same name the computer tried to kick one of us out because it thought that the same person registered twice for the flight or something. It wasnt too big of a deal though.
