| | | I have been wanting to get some pics of a real church, I have been looking but to no avail. I got some pics of a little independent church/mason meeting hall that I will post later but it was not that great. This place was stripped of mostly everything but it still was awesome. They had this side ducked off kind of hidden hallway that was real weird. If you look at the pics as you walk through the rooms you duck off to this little walkway that brings you to these brick looking rooms. In the brick room there was mirrors in there bolted on the walls, I have no clue why but it was real odd. But through that brick room we climbed a series of like three or four stories of other identical rooms stacked on each other until we reached the top of the bell tower. It was a little tricky to get in but the reward was great. Hope ya enjoy! Peace

| | | Thats Really odd man your right about that. I think its a great find! One thing though, try and rotate your pics before you post them, it gets really confusing...

| | | Yeah my bad about how they posted, but for some reason the pics I had on a certain camera will not rotate when I am posting them. I have tried everything I know, but to no avail. That camera broke so luckily I am basically just cleaning the pics out. But when I would try to rotate them it would say the format would not allow me to rotate them or it was open somewhere else. Im pretty much done with those pics but just in case I ever run into this problem in the future it would be greatly appreciated if you knew or if somebody knew of a way to fix it.

| | | Check out Picasa, from Google. It's got very easy tools for rotating and otherwise fixing up pictures -- like an "I'm Feeling Lucky" button that attempts to fix brightness/contrast/etc problems. The newest version has a feature that turns pictures into a .wmv movie, so I was finally able to turn my Death Star Drain pix into a YouTube movie that I'm sure will (not) be the next viral sensation.

| | | It's nice to see the place wasn't bad, considering what most other abandoned sites look like. Some background: this was St. Theresa The Little Flower of the Child Jesus. I remember they were down to one mass a week in 2005, I believe they no longer had a resident priest. Early this year the archdiocese sold this place for $650,000 to the Greater Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church.
