|  | | | Yea ok so this my first post.. in fact i just found this place about 5 mins ago and im to lazy to go past the first 2 pages to see if this has been posted already. But what exactly is the legality of some of this crap.. i mean its smart to know when you get caught so you dont get in more trouble than you should. so what are the laws/ punishments on:
- BREAKING AND ENTERING(abandoned)
- TRESPASSING ON THE LAND BUT NOT IN THE BUILDING
- ENTERING BUILDING OR FACILITY BUT NOT BREAKING AND ENTERING
- AND ANY OTHERS ANYONE MAY CARE TO ADD..
(these are all assuming you didnt fornicate and get caught, graffiti, or break things becides to enter on breakin and entering..you just left the place as is)

| | | | depends HIGHLY on your area I would assume.. So it may help if you said where you were from and someone from that area would be able to tell you the actual local laws..

Not only is this discussed in depth one this site (that's why there's a search button), but it's in Ninj's book, the law is on record at your local library, and you can usually find it online. It took me less time to find the Missouri Statutes than it has taken me to type this. Lazy isn't going to get you anywhere in this activity, much less on this site.
