Let me preface this by saying that I only got pictures from the outside, as I was chased off by a squatter when trying to get inside.
This place was pretty cool looking from the outside and probably looked really amazing on the inside. From what I gathered, this used to be a gas station/convenience store. However, for whatever reason (maybe that there are 2 other ones within 3 miles), it closed down and it's been for sale ever since.
There are open windows that can be climbed in fairly easily, and it looked pretty good on the inside, save for a bunch of insulation on the ground.
