I found a location with an open door and under construction, and couldn't bring myself to go there. Well, until today that is. The doors were closed, but the construction workers left it unlocked. I looked up heard some workers in the distance so I stayed as quiet as possible. Going up was a bit too dangerous, but I found a ladder and went down,

I found some unfinished Metal stairs, but they were way too incomplete to explore further.

Going up the ladder I found a door that read: "KEEP CLOSED", and peered through to find some people having a meeting and quickly jerked back. I figured they were going to be too distracted having the meeting, and sneaked past them going down a hall way unseen. I then found myself outside and saw some stairs going up in the distance.

I then went up the stair slowly trying not be be spotted distant construction workers. Then walking through the door I found a warehouse filled construction stuff and an incomplete project which I couldn't find identify! I couldn't stay there long since I heard some workers who were pretty close.

I walked down and saw a black building and was curious what was in it.

I walked in opening the door and I saw some six workers at their desks. I backed away quickly accidentally leaving the door still open. A worker took notice to the open door, and spotted me. Taking advice from a member on these forums I said, "Oh the door was open and I was just curious." He asked if I was lost and I awkwardly said "No I'm fine. Yeah... I'll just go... I know where I'm going now..." Feeling awkward and without words I walked away from him past the building and dashed down the streets as fast as I could! After running a block or two a slowed down and thinking "What the f**k did I just do!" Walking to my local library and waiting for the bus stop; That thought just reoccurred over and over in my head.
I would like to thank the people in the following thread who gave me the confidence and reassurance to explore this construction area:
