Happy new year! I did start my “this madness” side of it with brick factory… morning was lovely but I were there bit too early so there wasn’t too much light. Worst thing were some man with chain saw on the yard, cutting some trees down… so it was just quick visit and time for Plan B. Which was this house… actually these two houses. This first one weren’t open when I last visit there, but now it was. I’m not sure but I suppose these have been owned (and probably still are) by near mansion. At least those fireplaces in that second one are so stylish that they wouldn’t exist in ordinary Finnish house of that era.

Guess what: I have same feeling. But this weather... -9 Celsius with hard wind, especially after that "not too cold" start of this winter.. I was planning to get somewhere today, but I weren't able push me even to rapids. But maybe saturday, hopefully saturday... or at least at next week.

Thank you very much! ^^ Most of my UE related stuff are hdr-photos, and those I create with Photomatix Pro. Rest of editing (contrast, and sometimes tones and those "old effects" with Alien Skin 5 which is filter set to Photoshop) in Photoshop. Very old 7.0 by the way - I like to keep things simple and in control.

Camera is Canon 1200D with Canon 75-300mm and Sigma 10-20mm lenses. First one is good for details and second one for wider views. I always try to keep my equipment as cheap as possible, because with low price things you don't have to feel so much sorry for them (so you can take them to rain and snow and who knows where).
