I have never explored less than I did in 2016. I only ended up exploring three different places, although two of those were multiple trips over the course of one or two months. Despite this I still think it was a good year. Hopefully 2017's schedule lets me get out a little bit more.
1. January - April (four or five trips, but not all with a camera)
An old hotel turned office building with a rust-belt demise in the mid-1990s. Soon to be fixed up.

2. April - June
Beebee Station in Rochester. Now sadly demolished. These photos were taken before and during demolition and are the last views of the place before it was gone.

3. August
This is a redevelopment of an vacant county owned buildings. I successfully posed as a construction worker and got access in the afternoon mid-week. An old department store turned offices that will soon be apartments and more offices for a local company.

4. What took most of my time this year was fixing up 1920s home that had sat empty for a few years with three boarded up windows and missing copper piping. Good news is that it doesn't smell like urine anymore and I can actually live here!
