They really were. Mansfield especially, that hospital was kind of the epitome of the word 'epic'. Also it had the world's best security guard who lived in a house opposite the main gates and would happily let you roam around the place unaccompanied if you just wanted to take photos, which was kind of the best kept secret about the place - it was an utter ball ache pain in the arse to try and get into otherwise being literally surrounded by houses on all sides.
The sad thing is the photos here are only from 2011-2013, we've lost a load more cool places since then but didn't want to make this one massive thread haha.
